Kellie Budd chairs the Northern Virginia Black Attorney Association’s (NOVABAA) inaugural Convention

NOVABAA held its inaugural Convention at the MGM National Harbor Resort Hotel September from the 15th to the 17th.  The Convention offered CLE, networking, and a closing reception featuring DJ 5800, aka the Hon. Dontae L. Bugg. Kellie Budd chaired the Convention planning committee.
